Constance is a veteran member of Sugar and Spikes. She was born in Glendale, Queens. She is Filipino, German, Austrian, Hungarian, Portuguese, Malaysian, Spanish, Iroquois, and British. She received her Bachelor’s in Film from Full Sail University at the age of 20. She started modeling, singing, and acting while attending Full Sail University. She is currently studying method acting with Gary Swanson (trained with Lee Strausberg). Her most recent endeavor is writing and performing stand up comedy.
She knew she wanted to be part of the entertainment business at the age of 4. At age eleven she started to center her dream after Summer Sanders asked her on “NBA’s Inside Stuff” what she wanted to do with her life. After watching behind the scenes of Steven Spielberg’s “Minority Report” she knew she wanted to pursue directing. She is focusing on acting so she can be a better director. The best leaders know every perspective.
She is a jack-of-all-trades. She used to primarily write horror and science fiction. After camera interning for an amazing cinematographer and Jimmy Fallon’s writers’ she started writing comedy. She has also interned TheStreet.com, Jim Cramer’s site, and Optomen Productions (Travel Channel, etc.).
She loves to learn new things and is always learning. She has perfect pitch. After hearing a song she is able to play it back on any instrument.
She designs her own clothes and sews them. She mostly sews fantasy, anime or video game character costumes.
She also picks up fast on dance. She started ballet at age 4 and gymnastics at age 8. Taking classes on and off again throughout the years. She was not allowed to play sports as a kid, so she participated in dance and gymnastics. She currently does a lot of yoga, dance (ballet, belly dance, etc.), capoeira, weights at the gym, and tai chi.
When there is nothing to act in she produces her own projects (commercials, etc.). She wants to work her way into theatre to do more musicals. She is always working on her own lyrics. Any songs she can dance to she loves.
She is always up for karaoke, charity work, dance, sports, and anything at the spur of the moment. She loves to help educate teens about drug abuse, sexual harassment, diversity, and healthy relationships. She has awards from New York Senate for her work with teens. She also has a collection of awards for her artwork and music competitions.
She values letting things go. Also realizing that your only competition is yourself, always strive to do better than yourself.

Favorite film directors Michel Gondry, Kevin Smith, Baz Luhrmann, Steven Speilberg, and Roman Polanski. Favorite Writers: Christopher Moore, Steven Speilberg, William Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe, Alan Moore, Frank Miller, H.P. Lovecraft, Michael Crichton, and Emily Dickinson.
